Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Chanell’s Tails is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the possession of the carrier.

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
